	SHIPPING CHARGES and PERMITTED STATES: (Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. For shipments within California, shipping charges generally run between $14 for a 3-bottle shipment to $26.50 for a full case. We ship via UPS unless otherwise arranged by you. At this time, we are only able to ship to certain states. We will notify you if you do not live in a reciprocal state.)

Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Dark Horse Wine will pay all shipping costs.

Dark Horse Wine will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Dark Horse Wine and all shipping costs will be covered by Dark Horse Wine.
