You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive shipment of wines.

We only are allowed to ship to states that have a reciprocal shipping agreement with California. If you do not live in one of those states, we highly recommend that you move! (We will alert you if it is the case.)

By purchasing wine from our cart, you authorize Dark Horse Wine to charge your credit card for the cost of the wine plus tax ( if applicable) and shipping.

Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Dark Horse Wine will pay all shipping costs.

Dark Horse will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Dark Horse Wine and all shipping costs will be covered by Dark Horse Wine.
